By enrolling in a VIP Pet Smile Dental Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Membership Overview

The VIP Pet Smile Dental Membership is a preventive oral care plan designed to help maintain your pet’s dental health through regularly scheduled non-anesthetic dental cleanings. Memberships vary by pet size and include two dental cleanings per year (approximately every 6 months) unless otherwise stated.

Membership benefits may include discounted dental rates, promotions, and convenient month-to-month billing.

2. Eligibility & Dental Evaluation

• Eligibility is determined at the discretion of VIP Pet Smile based on your pet’s behavior, medical condition, and overall oral health.
• VIP Pet Smile reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if a pet presents a safety risk to themselves or our technicians.
• If medical concerns are identified, veterinary clearance may be required before proceeding or rescheduling.

3. Membership Pricing & Billing

• Membership pricing varies by pet weight and size.
• Monthly membership payments begin after the initial dental cleaning and are billed automatically.
• Memberships are billed on a monthly basis for a 12-month term.
• At the end of the 12-month term, the membership will automatically renew at the current rate unless canceled prior to renewal.

4. Payments & Accepted Forms

• We accept major debit and credit cards only.
• Prepaid cards, gift cards, and CareCredit are not accepted for memberships or services.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Memberships may be canceled at any time.
• Any payments already made are non-refundable, including the month in which the membership is canceled.
• Canceling a membership does not entitle the client to unused or future cleanings.

6. Scheduling & Appointment Window

• Appointments are approximate.
• Technicians may arrive up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled appointment time due to traffic, travel, or unforeseen delays.
• Dental cleanings typically take around 45-60 minutes, but time may vary depending on pet behavior and dental condition.
• Clients must schedule their cleaning within 15 days of being contacted to secure availability.

7. Dental Cleanings in Van

• Our services are performed inside our fully equipped van.
• We do not allow owners or other people inside during cleaning as pets can behave differently.

8. Travel & Service Fees

• If a service cannot be completed due to behavioral or medical reasons, a $70 travel fee applies and covers:
• Technician travel time
• Dental exam
• Alternative treatment recommendations
• Parking must be available. If valet parking is required, the cost will be added to your final bill if it exceeds $10.

9. Missed or Incomplete Services

• If a dental cleaning cannot be completed or must be stopped for safety reasons, no refunds will be issued for time, travel, or effort already provided.
• VIP Pet Smile reserves the right to modify or discontinue a service at any time for safety reasons.

10. Membership Is Non-Transferable

• Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled pet.
• Membership benefits cannot be shared or transferred to another pet or household.

11. Changes to Terms

VIP Pet Smile reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
